Since my life is now ruled by energy in the 3rd chakra, I've decided to use this chakra as the grounding center for my writing life. I'm not quite sure about where this will lead, but as this chakra has direct control over my career and professional life, it seems as good a center as any to get started on the myriad of topics I plan to write about. And, reading about energetic, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the chakra always enthuses me and makes me hunger for more information about the strange Kundalini energy rising in many of us now as the world continues its transformation from near universal destruction to renewal and rebirth.

A recent fortune cookie I received read, "Patience. The Great Wall of China was not built in a single day!" I'm counting on this cookie to be a message that I personally need to heed. The evolution of this blog will stem from my slow journey from soul and heart sickness to deep holistic healing and regeneration. Welcome to the journey.
